Community Relations

Express Employment Professionals Franchisees and staff members serve in their communities across the country and Medford, Oregon is no exception.

Express contributed financially to the capital campaigns for the Rogue Valley Medical Center Rebuild project and to CASA's building purchase and renovation project. 

Franchisee, Nikki Jones, served on the Rogue Valley Medical Center Foundation Leadership Committee for 13 years to raise money for and awareness of the Children's Miracle Network.  Nikki also served on the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Medford/Jackson County, Habitat for Humanity, Southern Oregon Women's Access to Credit and the Rogue Valley Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Nikki has served on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Rogue Valley for 4 years and is currently the Board President.  She has served on the Rogue Valley Workforce Development Council for 14 years and is currenlty the President-Elect.

Franchisee, Russ Jones, has been a member of the Medford Rotary Club for 6 years and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) as the Board President.  Russ volunteered with both the Lunch Buddy and Big Brother programs and he and Nikki both volunteered as basketball coaches for YMCA basketball.
